When you join Squirrels, you’ll be introduced to lots of new activities, people and things. Here’s everything you need to know.
Activities and what you’ll get up to
Squirrels is all about having fun and making friends. Through games, stories, crafts and outdoor play, your Squirrel will try new things, explore nature and take their very first Scouting adventures.
Awards
Squirrels earn badges and challenge awards as they discover more about themselves, their friends and the world around them — all the way up to the top Acorn Award.
Squirrel leaders
All of our leaders are trained volunteers, working to make sure Scouting is safe, inclusive and accessible. Some lead the Drey week in and week out. Others visit occasionally to help run a session or drop in to share their skills. No matter how much time you have to spare, find out about volunteering on your own terms.
